Find proper alignment and get familiar with yoga poses without feeling overwhelmed or confused. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, this class is designed for you to develop balance, strength and improve flexibility while exploring your body and breath through mindful movement. We will combine yoga postures and breathing exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind.
