Service Description
Enjoy a social atmosphere while you work on muscular conditioning (strength and endurance), flexibility, stability, and balance, resulting in greater strength, mobility, reduced injuries, and most of all, fun! This circuit class is designed for those looking to improve their strength and flexibility. We will start out with a warmup before guiding you through circuit training that combines dynamic full body conditioning with active yoga postures with a focus on mindfulness and the breath. We will combine a variety of exercises with different props (blocks, straps, skipping ropes) and weights (ankle weights, slam balls, kettle bells and dumbbells) to build muscle and improve flexibility, range of motion, and technique. Tabata style workout (20 seconds of high intensity exercise, 10 seconds rest).
