Service Description
The ancient practice of breathwork is an incredibly powerful way to bring more pleasure, vitality and energy into your life. We all have deep-rooted patterns and ways of thinking that govern our habits, life choices, emotions, and relationships. Most of the time, we are not aware of these patterns (so we can't change them), and we can end up feeling unfulfilled or living with stress, anxiety, anger, and general unhappiness. In Transformational Breathwork, we use a specific breathing rhythm called conscious connected breathing to connect us deeply to our body, to our senses, and to our unconscious mind. Shelby will guide you on a journey that penetrates deep into the subconscious mind to help you process and heal trauma, find emotional release, resolve unhealthy behaviour patterns, limiting beliefs, find purpose, improve sleep, support immunity, release stress and anxiety, enhance performance, happiness, focus, and more. Bring your favourite blanket and pillow for added comfort.
